Insert the included 2 AAA batteries into the battery compartment located on the bottom of the scale. Make sure to place the batteries in accordance to the polarity markings.

Make sure the scale is properly calibrated before weigh-ins by taking a weight reading and disregarding the initial reading. Repeat anytime the scale is bumped or moved. Ensure the scale is placed on a hard, flat surface.

Following the guided user setup, input your height, age, gender, and normal or athlete mode to receive body composition measurements. Please check the instruction manual for further explanation.
